I am pretty out of touch with wrestling at the moment, I haven't done a RAW Review in 5 weeks, I've done one Smackdown review in 5 weeks, and no NXT Reviews in 6 weeks. I didn't bother reviewing No Mercy... I'm just really out of the WWE product. So I think what I will start to do are Blog's like these, in this Blog I will be going over Goldberg returning to Monday Night RAW tomorrow, TNA being on it's death bed, why I don't agree with women in the Cell and RAW's horrible ratings.
Goldberg will be back on WWE Television tomorrow, I am pumped. I will be reviewing that episode of RAW because Goldberg is a draw, he has star power, and he is a real looking wrestling. Tomorrow's RAW Review will be all around whatever Goldberg does, I will mainly review that over any of this Chris Jericho / Kevin Owens / Seth Rollins segments. Goldberg will probably address the crowd, spear somebody, or squash Braun Strowman. Whatever he does, I am pumped to see. I personally don't mind these rumors of Goldberg squashing Braun Strowman, Braun Strowman is boring and brings nothing entertainment wise, so let Goldberg squash him in two minutes.
Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar at Survivor Series 2016 is going to be really interesting, that match makes me want to watch Survivor Series. Then there is the topic of TNA Impact Wrestling...what kind of wacky situation are they in at the moment? One minute I'm reading a story about how the wrestlers are demanding to be paid, now I'm reading that Billy Corgan is suing the company, now I'm reading that some of the wrestlers are going to be signing with other companies as of next week. If TNA goes out of business...I won't be upset.
Ever since this 2010- decade began TNA has been it's own worst enemy, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff coming into the company put the initial dagger into the heart of the company. Ever since then TNA (or whatever it's called now) is on life support, Broken Matt Hardy and Bobby Lashley are entertaining wrestlers. But I don't want to sit through a whole 2 hour Impact show that's taped inside an arena that's close off and barely lit just to see those ex WWE guys. Apparently TNA owe the state of Tennessee money, TNA barely managed to put on their biggest show of the year, they were cancelling matches...this is a mess...so call off the show.
Now we go onto the WWE Divas / Women's Division. I don't agree with them wrestling inside of the Hell in a Cell structure, the main reason being that the Hell in a Cell structure is designed for bloody blowoffs to feuds between guys like Brock Lesnar, Undertaker, Batista, Kane, Mankind and Triple H. Matches that are brutal and violent...I have absolutely no idea how seeing Charlotte and Sasha Banks wrestling for a 20th time in the last few months will interest me, 'oh but it's a Hell In A Cell match'. Okay...so the camera will be obstructed and they might use kendo sticks.
The match will be happening at Hell in a Cell 2016, so let's see how it goes. You know that there won't be any extreme spots, mainly because there's two other Hell in a Cell matches taking place right after it...so it will just be Charlotte and Sasha wrestling yet again, only the camera will be obstructed. I'll finish by running over RAW's ratings...they haven't got past a 2 in 5 weeks. The October 10th, 3rd and September 26th, 19th and 12th shows have all gotten under a 2.0 rating. WHAT YOU'RE DOING ISN'T WORKING WWE...although this Goldberg stuff will drag the ratings about a 2. But if it doesn't, then you have serious problems.
So that's this major stories round up, I'm pumped for Goldberg's return, TNA can just go out of business right now, I don't agree with the Divas being inside Hell in a Cell, and RAW's ratings are HORRENDOUS!!!
See you all for my RAW review tomorrow.
